Swimming Down My Way ;)

Slimming down then natural way

Look what I compiled over the years.

My rules when coming to slimming..(but well in Singapore I didn’t follow the rules thus resulting in my not-so-confirmed gout diagnosis.

1)Drink lots of water ( I mean plain water , my coffee and milk tea do not count right ? ;) )

2)Consume high intake of fruits and fibre

3)Do cardio exercise such as :

Seats-up

Pumping

4)Focus when eating , do not multitask while eating

5)Avoiding carbohydrates after 7pm

6)Eating supplement the natural way

7)Taking honey with warm water in the morning

8)Eating in the way of sunnah :

Stopping before you are full

Consuming fruits before every meal

Ending the meal with sweets

Chewing adequately

9)Eat anything moderately..

Yeay !!! =) moderation is the key to everything ! ;)
