Hamdan Lillah =)

Pejam celip dah sebulan saya di Singapura.Hari ini 2 Mac,dengar-dengar pelajar Malaysia akan pulang pertengahan bulan ini.Di Singapura belum ada berita tentang tarikh kepulangan kami tetapi mungkin tidak lama lagi InsyaAllah.

Beberapa hari ini am not just myself , hmm tak pe Allah SWT kan ada..=(..

And i have some great news , semalam saya collect my blood test alhamdulillah i am tested negative for Rheumatoid arthritis..the doctor suspected gout but then there was no sign of gout in the test.

Foods to avoid for gout sufferer :
Fatty red meats and organ meats
legumes
poultry
fish
shellfish
Kidneys, liver, heart, ( organ dalaman tue..)
meat


Foods recommended for gout sufferer :

lo

w fat dairy produce

essential fatty acid foods

high vitamin C foods

complex carbohydrates

green leaf vegetables

plenty of fruit

also you must drink 2 to 3 litres of water per day

Tuna, salmon, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes, red cabbage, red bell peppers, kale, cabbage, parsley, celery, cherries, strawberries, grapes, pineapples, low-fat yoghurt, low-fat milk.

And you diet is important, because a good, well balanced gout diet can help to prevent recurring gout. Which you need to do, because regularly recurring gout can lead to permanent joint damage, and, kidney problems such as kidney stones.

and don't forget to slim down if you are overweight or obese ;)
